Terms of Service

Terms for using Opero

These terms describe how the Opero service works, what we expect from account holders, and the limits of our responsibility. They are intended to be clear and practical for small business owners.

Acceptable use

  • Use Opero only for lawful business purposes.
  • Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service or other users.
  • Do not use the platform to send spam, misrepresent identity, or violate someone else’s rights.
  • We may restrict access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

Account responsibility

  • You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your workspace.
  • Keep business data accurate and maintain control over your users and devices.
  • If you believe your account was accessed without permission, contact us promptly.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
  • Billing is processed through Stripe or another provider we may use in the future.
  • Subscription fees, founder pricing, and plan details are shown in the app or checkout flow.
  • Unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise, fees are generally non-refundable.

Service availability

Opero is provided on a commercially reasonable basis, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that every feature will always be available. Maintenance, updates, provider outages, and other issues can affect access from time to time.

We work hard to keep the product stable, but this service is offered as-is and as-available.

Intellectual property

Opero, the site design, product text, software, and branding are owned by Opero or its licensors. You retain ownership of the business content you place into your workspace, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Opero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior 12 months, where permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, legal risk, non-payment, or abuse of the service. You may cancel your subscription and stop using the service at any time, subject to the refund and billing terms in the app and refund policy.
