Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refunds work

Opero keeps refund and cancellation terms simple. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, founder pricing is honored while active, and refund language is written so it is fair without making promises we cannot keep.

Founder pricing

Founder pricing, including any locked-in $29/mo plan, stays active while the subscription remains in good standing. If a founder account is canceled and later reactivated, the pricing that applies will depend on the checkout or billing rules presented at that time.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription through billing settings, the billing portal, or by contacting us if the portal is unavailable. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the app or checkout flow clearly says otherwise.

Refund language

  • Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods or unused time.
  • We may review billing mistakes, duplicate charges, or other unusual issues on a case-by-case basis.
  • Where required by law, we will honor applicable refund rights.

Subscription handling

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. If payment fails, access may be paused or limited until billing is updated. Operational messages may be sent to help you keep the account active and avoid accidental interruption.

We keep the language practical: if you need help, contact us before or after cancellation and we’ll try to make the process clear.

Data after cancellation

Canceling a subscription does not automatically erase your workspace data. Some records may be retained for backups, billing records, legal obligations, or operational reasons. If you need help with data export or account closure, contact us.
